We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- It must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary by product. Approved return instructions will be provided case-by-case. We do not recommend sending items back without written confirmation.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

If your item is:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer:

- A refund (without requiring a return, where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To receive a different item:

Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or global logistics do not automatically qualify for refunds.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Conditions:

Refunds
