Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.

Typical estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: approximately 3–10 business days
  • Canada & United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days
  • European Union: approximately 7–16 business days
  • Australia & Asia: approximately 7–16 business days
  • Rest of the World: approximately 10–25 business days

Please note that international shipments may experience additional delays due to customs clearance or local postal services.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Promotions or free shipping offers, when available, apply only to eligible orders and destinations.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at support@gadbliss.com, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
